Who Can Apply?
- Filmmakers based in the U.S. (citizens, permanent residents, O-1 visa holders, or Tribal ID holders).
- Must be at least 25 years old with a minimum of five years of professional artistic practice.
- Open to individual artists, not production companies or collectives.
- Not open to students currently enrolled in a degree program.
